Delivery & Returns

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for.  

When you add products to your Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.  The delivery charges have been banded according to your order value;

£6.99 for orders £0.00 - £59.99
£4.99 for orders £60.00 - £199.99
Free delivery for orders £200.00 or over

For all orders we provide a next working day (Monday - Friday), delivery service.  However, please note that we do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.  The courier will only attempt to delivery the product twice, after which we regret that you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery.  The products will be returned to our warehouse if they have not been collected from the courier within 3 days of the second delivery attempt.  We reserve the right to pass on the re-delivery costs. 

www.levincool.co.uk will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, the time of delivery shall not be of the essence and www.levincool.co.uk shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet the next day delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Force Majeure
Levincool.co.uk shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defects to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected.  We will provide a full refund or replacement for any item that has been damaged in transit.  Please note that it is our customer's responsibility to inspect the goods at the time of the delivery.  If you suspect damage has been caused by the courier, please note this on the signed delivery note paperwork that you hand back to the courier and inform us within 24-hours.    

Email us at customerservices@levincool.co.uk providing us with your order number along with the details of your claim. 

We will check the courier's paperwork and arrange a replacement item or refund, as necessary, at your convenience.  

Unfortunately we will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier's documentation.  Important Notice: Upon delivery, although the courier should advise us if there are any breakages, it is still important that you advise us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter further with our delivery operator and source a replacement item for you.  As you can appreciate, to prevent fraudulent damage claims, we do request that you make us aware of any damage within 24-hours of the delivery and, in addition, to keep the original damaged item and packaging incase our insurance company formally requests to inspect the goods.

Returns of non-defective items may, at the discretion of levincool.co.uk, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE if accepted by the management.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders
Please note that all orders taken before 3pm will be processed and sent on a next day delivery service.  As a consequence, cancellation requests by our customers will need to be made prior to the 3pm despatch deadline.  Upon cancelling your order, prior to shipping, you will be provided with a full credit refund of your account if monies have already been taken.  You can cancel an order by emailing us on customerservices@levincool.co.uk or by phoning us on 0844 504 1314.
