The Christian Audigier Complete Collection consists of all 7 bottles - including the Cabernet Sauvignon, a Chardonnay, the Merlot, a spicy Syrah, the Rosè and both the Premier Cru and Rose Champagnes.

Tasting Notes

Rose

Marked by its brilliant pink robe and aroma of white peaches and citrus fruit, this is the perfect partner for a fresh summer salad.  A fruity Rosé with lots of personality, this wine is good on its own, but scrumptious with grilled or BBQ summer dishes, cold meats, even spicy Chinese and Thai dishes.

Serve at 15°C as a partner for char grilled chicken, vegetarian dishes or pasta.


Cabernet Sauvignon

This delicious Cabernet Sauvignon, with hints of green pepper, spices and black fruits is the perfect companion for a juicy steak.  Seductive aromas of blackcurrant, violet and grilled coffee beans on the nose.  Expressive in the mouth with great elegance and depth. A harmonious wine, perfect to drink with game, grilled red meat or with cheese.

Best served at 15°C

Merlot

Wonderfully violet-black in colour, with cherries and blackberries on its seductive nose.  Full bodies, elegant and delightfully smooth.  Serve with grilled chicken, vegetarian dishes and pasta.

Syrah

Elegant on the nose, with truffle, rose and spicy aromas.  Deep tannins with a wonderful velvety texture.  Ideal to accompany lamb chops, rich Mediterranean dishes or cheese. 

Serve at 15.

Chardonnay

The art of the winemaker is proven in this golden-coloured Chardonnay where one finds aromas of Mayblossom, citrus fruits, and buttery toast. 

A well balanced palate with great richness to enjoy with perfectly grilled fish, quiches and white meat.

Serve at 11°C.


Rose Champagne

A single 750ml bottle of Christian Audigier Rose Champagne.  12% volume. 

A powerfully structured champagne with remarkable fitness and delectable light salmon colour, perfect for celebrations.  It is perfectly paired with poultry or fish. 

Premier Cru Champagne

A single 750ml bottle of Christian Audigier Premier Cru Champagne.  12% volume.  A fruity, perfectly balanced cuvee.  Perfect for celebrations.  Bright coloured with persistent bubbles, this champagne is great as an aperitif or with spicy seafood dishes.  This fine champagne is versatile and will compliment many dishes.
