Tasting Notes
Rosé 

Marked by its brilliant pink robe and aroma of white peaches and citrus fruit, this is the perfect partner for a fresh summer salad.

A fruity Rosé with lots of personality, this wine is good on its own, but scrumptious with grilled or BBQ summer dishes, cold meats, even spicy Chinese and Thai dishes.

Serve at 15°C as a partner for char grilled chicken, vegetarian dishes or pasta.

Chardonnay 

The art of the winemaker is proven in this golden-coloured Chardonnay where one finds aromas of Mayblossom, citrus fruits, and buttery toast.

A well balanced palate with great richness to enjoy with perfectly grilled fish, quiches and white meat.

Serve chilled at 11°C.
